Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable about the history of Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. I would never tour the temples without them. They save you time and money, and make the place come alive. Five stars!
One of the best and most informative tours I've been to !

不知道為什麼打英文會無法符合五十個字,所以只好先用中文打這麼多字。這是我參加過品質最好且知識含量最高等的一日遊之一!

Highly recommended to travelers that wishes to have flexible time and quality guidance. Our Guide Thean has excellence english and clear accent, knows his work. Is one of the best in the field I was heard. Because I wanted quality, and flexibility, I rarely do packaged tours, but soon when I found Happy Angkor Tour, which provides private tailored tour, I booked the tour service immediately. Best of all is that for lunch, they take to recommended restaurants and you could choose and pay by yourself, thus illuminating the chance to have something you don't enjoy. Overall I enjoyed the informative guidance and the insight stories that even I did a lot of research before I came, still was astonished by the story telling.

So again highly recommend to ask for: Guide Mr. Thean & Driver Mr. Narin.

The cost is around 90 USD for private tour for 4 pax, excluding National Park fee's & Lunch (at your own expense). The knowledge and speech level is 5 star rated. The level of traveling comfort is also a 5. I didn't feel any downside or exhaustion, so I couldn't find any flaws.

Third time, Highly recommended.

The company will double and triple check your status before you embark your journey, and allow you to pay after the end of trip. There are no hidden fees, and no shops to enter.
Great day, definitely recommended!

Happy Angkor Tour and especially our guide Mr. Samath and our driver Mr. San did their best for a very interesting experience at Angkor.
Mr. Samath is very friendly, knowledgeable and was happy to answer all our questions. At the same time he was incredibly patient with us when we needed this extra minute to just get the next foto right :-)
Mr. San is a very competent driver and always in control, which made for a safe and comfy ride at all times.
Extra nice touch: coming back to the car after a long temple visit in the hot sun and finding an air-conditioned car waiting with cool water and a wet towel to wipe the dust off.
We know that's a little decadent, but so nice too ...
Absolutely the best tour operator

I had booked the tour with Mony, and he was usually prompt with his response to my inquiries. The day of the tour, I also asked to stop by the Angkor ticket office, as my original plan to purchase the ticket the day earlier did not pan out. Mony was understanding and flexible.

We were assigned Mr Chandra as our English speaking guide, and both he and the driver of the Toyota minivan made the 1-day tour an absolute pleasure. Mr Chandra was very knowledgable with the history of various temple of Angkor Wat, and even though we had a 'late' start at 9 AM, he plotted a course to avoid the crowd.

One added bonus - Mr Chandra is an absolute gem when it comes to taking pics with your iphone. He did Panorama pics and other features that I never tried before, and all the phots came out great. Visitors with other guides were often listening in on Mr Chandra's explanations, and 'copying' the photo spots/techniques after Mr Chandra was finished taking our photos.

If you go to Angkor Wat, don't hesitate to pay a little bit extra to get a professional guide to make your visit that much more enjoyable. Mr Chandra's services were top notch, and we leave Siem Reap with better knowledge of Khmer empire and Cambodia in general, thanks to Mr. Chandra. Thank you again for sharing your amazing culture with us.
Amazing One Day Tour!

I booked a one day tour with Happy Angkor Tour for my family. Communication via email was fast and detailed. No deposit was required to confirm the booking of the tour. Samath was our tour guide and was excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable about Cambodian history and the history of Angkor Wat and the various temples in Angkor Thom. Samath was also extremely patient...as we had our 22 month old son with us. The tour was self paced and we were not rushed along at any of the temple sites. Sam helped to take fantastic pictures. The restaurant we went to for lunch was nice and the food was delicious. Prices per person for lunch was approximately $7. It started to rain during the tour and Samath had umbrellas for everyone so we did not miss a beat during our tour. Thank you Happy Angkor Tour for a wonderful tour and helping to make my father's 70th birthday memorable!!
