VVVIP service and flexibility!
Malene C, 14-09-2022
Simply the best! I contacted Asean and immediately Raksa, the operation manager responded. We had 4 days to spend in Cambodia and saw the private tour they offered. Raksa explained each day and detail so well and answered all of my questions over several days before booking. After considering all options, we chose Asean for the flexibility, comfort, and VIP service that others raved about. We weren't disappointed!!! Wow, Mr. Handsome (our driver) and David (our English speaking tour guide) picked us up from the airport. We had time to rest and refresh before a private food tour (check out my separate review).

The service and personalization of every day of this tour are why I urge you to consider them. They did not go by the cookie cutter schedule. Rather, based on the weather, how we were feeling, and crowds at each temple, David and Mr. Handsome rearranged our schedule (but didn't cut anything out!) for the best trip and photos possible. We came during monsoon season, and since some days forecasted so much rain, we opted to do other activities. When the sun peeked out, we were at the temples at the perfect time.

We enjoyed the ice cold waters and cold towels offered after every long/hot walk. I looked forward to the cool air in the car that Mr. Handsome prepped/cleaned each day. Every detail was truly taken care of. Our guide and driver were knowledgeable, fun, and so accommodating. They helped us navigate every purchase/deal/payment with zero issues.

For VVVIP service, control of your trip (not herded into tour groups), and unforgettable experiences, this is the only way to go!

Took a 4 day guided tour from Asean Angkor Guide. Raksha prepared a nice itinerary. I tried to alter it but went back to his one as it was perfect. Guide David (aka Selanin) was courteous and had a great presence of mind.
His knowledge of the history and details of the temples were amazing. Pointed out the important things so that we won't miss it.
The Driver Kim was very good. David and Kim worked very well together. They were able to accommodate changes in the plan graciously and were on time every day.
David and Kim helped us with currency issues and bargains.
David was able to adjust the plan such that the places won't be crowded when we visit and is very good with taking pictures.

Note: When exchanging for USD currency, make sure the notes are in perfect condition. Even a minor scratch and it wont be accepted by any vendor in Cambodia.
Short but still have fun

Love the people in Cambodia! They all so nice and friendly. They wear a smile all the times. Although we only got a very short time to visit Angkor Wat, we very enjoyed it so much! The sunrise is awesome!!! It is the best view for sunrise ever!!!

We spent a few days in Angkor Wat and used the services of Asean Tour to guide us during our visit. They provide us with a private tour specially designed for us, and thanks to them we were able to visit in excellent conditions, avoiding peak of tourists. Our guide Ho Samang was really nice, attentive to our needs, and very flexible, ready to modify the plans to comply with our wishes. He was also very interesting, providing us with information, not only on Angkor Wat, but also, at our demand, on history of Cambogia. Last but not least, the Managing Director, Mr. Raksa Asean, is always available and in constant contact with his guide to ensure that everything goes well. A first class and private service!!
