Then start your tour by cycling down interesting dirt roads through Siem Reap’s countryside. Along the way, your guide will take you to local farms and village activities. Learn about the everyday lives of Cambodian villagers. Stop for lunch and taste all sorts of local flavors. Enjoy fresh coconuts and lounge in a hammock. After lunch, head to the floating village of Kampong Phluk and walk around the area to explore the housing. Excellent organisation by Siem Reaper before the tour. Easy to contact on WhatsApp, I received quick replies to any questions I had. Friendly and welcoming staff. Pick up and drop off from hotel. Well planned route with good tourist attractions planned on the way. Very well organised. Frequent rest stops for water and snack. Excellent lunch provided at local guesthouse en route.
Knowledgable tour guide. Unique experience. Company provided excellent mountain bikes and helmets, in good condition. Mountain bikes were needed due to the terrain. Good price (everything on the tour was included in the price). Wear appropriate clothing, footwear and suncream. Be prepared to cycle for most of the day!
One of a kind!
I don’t have enough words to describe how i felt about My experience with Siam Reaper and their Guide “Borith” (Bo). It all started with us being picked up from our hotel to the meeting point where we had everything ready for us including the small details.
We then had a mountain bike basics and safety introduction before we started the Journey.
The trip was well planned for us to enjoy every moment while gaining a lot of knowledge about Cambodia and Cambodian peoples’ life.
We visit many local businesses like Oyster mushroom farms, rice wineries, small farms and even the local market. Then we headed to have lunch in some locals house. That was all followed by a great boat trip to the sunken village.
If youre ever in Siam Reap or even considering to visit. I absolutely recommend getting in touch with Bo, He is responsible, professional, knowledgable and does his best to support the local community. Without forgetting his Perfect english ofcourse!
Our highlight of the holiday!!
Today we had an amazing tour of the countryside around Siem Reap to the floating village. We were so impressed with the tour that we just love it. Recommended!!
Includes all the great elements for a great day. Local experiences, exercise, great food and beautiful scenery.

A full day cycling tour with Vong my guide through the countryside and local villages. If you are active and like off the beaten track this is for you. 35 km of cycling with lots of stops at farms, villages to see how the locals live, and how oyster mushrooms are farmed. Lovely lunch at a local home stay. A great experience and an excellent way to see the real Cambodia. Longest cycling I’ve ever done not being a cycler! So even if you don’t cycle but are fit and adventurous give it a go. Very hot and humid so be prepared to be sticky and hot and tired! I’m 51 and loved all of it. The visit to the stilt houses was great too. Very interesting. Sadly the weather turned so we couldn’t do the sunset cruise but it did not affect my enjoyment of the trip. Thanks to Vong for an unforgettable day.
Visiting Siem Reap this is a MUST DO.
We are a group of 12 from Australia; 2 families with children 10 to 18. We were after an authentic tour to explore some of the Cambodian way of life. We are so happy we selected this tour. Our guide, Mr. Chen, and his assistant, Mr. Muern, brought the best memories. There knowledge, fun attitude and experience mate it a lifelong memory for everyone. Going on back roads, visiting a local market, amazing lunch, riding past rice fields and then boat ride to a floating village. Wow we saw so much and had the best experience.
