What To Expect

Koh Dach
Witness yourself to commit a lovely cycling trip from outskirt of Phnom Penh to Silk Island with distance 25 Kilometers mostly on flat road. Pick up from your hotel and transfer via bridge to cross Tonle Sap to another river bank side. From here you will start to cycle pass communities, local villages to catch a ferry to Silk Island. Arrive the typical Khmer village with houses built high on stilts and weaving workshops below. On this Island, you will have a chance to meet local families who are weaving follow old tradition with hand looming silk. Watch the silk is transformed from a cotton wool like texture into thread. You will also have time to wander and cycle in the village and chat to the locals. Enjoy a picnic lunch and visit to a Buddhist temple before returning to Phnom Penh early afternoon directly by boat.
