Overview

On stage, Medha is dancing and singing on the drums vibrations that electrifies the audience. This new and unique music show with original compositions, choreography, and contemporary storytelling will give you unforgettable emotions and a special understanding of Cambodian’s tradition.

The band, Medha – which means the wisdom to move forward in Khmer – performed since 2018 with the support of Cambodian Living Arts, as a conscious effort to break the barrier for women in drumming, traditionally played only by men. They aspire to change mentalities through their lively and creative spectacle.
