What To Expect

You will be picked up at 8:00 am from your accommodation by our professional tour guide and take you to visit see the traditional stilt-houses of fishermen's’ families at the largest floating village of Tonle Sap lake name as Kampong Khleang village. There are more than 2100 fishermen families, a Buddhist monastery, schools and mangrove forest. Tonle Sap lake is one of the world's most varied and productive ecosystems the region has always been of central importance for Cambodia’s food supply. It proved capable of largely maintaining the Angkorian civilization, the largest pre-industrial settlement complex in world history. Directly and indirectly it affects the livelihood of large numbers of a predominantly rural pollution.

Beng Mealea

In the afternoon, we will have lunch at the local restaurant before heading to Beng Melea, the mysterious 12th-century temple in the middle of the jungle. This temple is heavily overgrown with vegetation, trees, lianas, and mosses. This temple is the most ruined stone temple in Angkor Park, as well as one of the largest temples on a grand scale in this historic site. We'll take you back to your hotel and say goodbye to your local guide and driver.
