Koh Keh temple is very nice, is a remote archaeological site in northern Cambodia about 120 kilometers from Krong Siem Reap. It takes around 2 or 3 hours by car in order to get there. For this trip, you will have to spend a whole day covering. Since it is located in a remote area that means you are having a great chance to explore the countryside along the road trip as well.
