What To Expect

Bokor National Park
Pick you at your hotel and transfer to Bokor Mountain. It is located approximately 11 kilometers west of Kampot city. During the reign of King Sisowath, the mountain was first developed by a group of foreigners in 1917, and then organized by a Frenchman named Roulouse on April 13, 1922. During colonial times, Bokor Mountain was a popular destination for French colonists seeking a respite from the city's heat. The temperature at the top of Bokor Mountain, which is 1075 meters high, is moderately cool, ranging from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. Depending on the mode of transportation, the 32-kilometer journey from the base to the summit of the Mountain can take up to an hour or more.

You will be awestruck by the breathtaking views of the deep blue sea and emerald green jungle from behind the temple. Wat Sampov Pram is Cambodia's highest Buddhist temple, standing at 1,075 meters above sea level.

Old Catholic Church
The old Catholic church was built in the early 1920s by the French. The church's architecture is well-maintained and in an unusual Cambodian style. This location is popular for pre-wedding photoshoots and is a great place to watch the sunset on Bokor Mountain.
