So glad we did this

Do not miss this cooking class when in Siem Reap. Our host, Sorya, and her colleague (so sorry I do not remember name) we’re the perfect teachers, very patient, explaining ingredients and methods as we prepared and cooked. We saw herb garden and Sorya explained how they grow oyster mushrooms. The food was delicious with very generous portions, too much for us to eat. Highly recommend this activity with this host.
Great to hide away from mid day heat

Wonderful Experience! They are very nice and dorso English quite well. The food was fresh and very tasty. They let you choose from a menu, each person their own dish, and the cook it in an outside kitchen. All very clean and tasty.
Exactly as described

I had the pleasure on September 26 - it was a very good experince and exactly as described. Everything went seamlessly and they even went the extra mile and bought cold beer on my request, very very much appreciated !
Amazing cooking class experience

Great activity in Siem Reap. We made such delicious food with really easy to follow steps. I liked that you could pick which dishes you wanted rather than having a set menu for you. Highly recommend!
Experience Cambodia like a local

We wanted to do a cooking class, and our hotel suggested this experience. It was amazing, if you're all templed up and are after something differente, I would definitely recommend this class!

We got picked up from our hotel with a tuk tuk, drove to the cooking class location to pick our chef guide up and then headed to the local market. Here, we walked with Sorya (whose English is perfect!) around the stalls, with our knowledgeable guide explaining what some of the food for sale was, and answering our questions. We then headed back to her house to start cooking! We picked up herbs from the garden, looked at their mushroom culture etc.
Cooking was super fun, and they were all very helpful. You get the recipes at the end of the lesson, but good luck making something so yummy without using the amazingly fresh ingredients you find here!
At the end of the meal, we were absolutely stuffed!

Thanks again for the great time Sorya!
