What To Expect

Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum
Explore the tragic recent history of Cambodia with a guided Khmer Rouge tour to two of the country’s most notorious sites. Start with a visit to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, also known as S-21. Originally a school, the compound was taken over by the Khmer Rouge and used as its main detention and torture center. Take a sobering tour of the site, learning about the prison’s history, and hear the stories of the people held within its walls, some of whom survived and are on site to talk with visitors.

Choeung Ek Genocidal Center
Continue on to the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek. This rural compound was used as an execution site and burial ground for some of the millions killed by the Khmer Rouge regime.
