Overview

The Roluos Group tour will take you to see some temples which were built a few hundred years before Angkor Wat and were once the capital city of the Angkor empire. You will also get to see Kampong Phluk floating village.

What To Expect

Siem Reap
The Roluos Group tour will start after breakfast around 8 o'clock in the morning. We'll then head to the Angkor ticket office to pick up the temple passes and then make the short trip out to the Roluos group of temples. Here, you will see three temples. Lolei, Bakong and Preah Ko.

We'll stop for lunch in the local area.

After lunch, we'll head to Kampong Phluk floating village where you can see one of the popular floating villages in Siem Reap. At Kampong Phluk, the houses sit on huge stilts and can be as high as 8m in the dry season. In the wet season when the Tonle Sap floods, the houses are only 1m or less above water level. The locals here have adapted to life on the water and it's a popular place to visit for tourists.

On the way back to Siem Reap, we'll stop at a local market and show you around.
